Offit Kurman Attorney Scott Piekarsky to Speak at the National Business Institute on Real Estate Transaction Oddities and Challenges

Commercial litigation attorney Scott Piekarsky will speak at "Real Estate Transaction Oddities and Challenges: From Farms to Green Buildings," to take place online at the National Business Institute on October 11, 2024. Scott will speak on the topic of Condos, HOAs, and Co-Ops including understanding the ownership structure, government documents, board approval, and financial considerations.
