Offit Kurman estates and trusts attorney Megan A. Moghtaderi will speak at the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) Educational Conference on May 10, 2025. She is joining the panel discussion "Ethical Minefields: Navigating the Complexities of Elder Abuse, Conservatorships, and High Conflict Families as a Fiduciary."
This session will take a deep look at the challenges fiduciaries face when dealing with elder abuse cases, covering legal, psychological, and practical aspects of handling family conflicts and abuse allegations. Attendees will walk away with practical strategies for protecting both themselves and the elders they serve, while staying compliant with legal and ethical standards. This session also qualifies for two CEU/MCLE ethics credits.
