Attorney Danielle Friedman, a member of Offit Kurman's Estates and Trusts Practice Group, will be a featured presenter at the "All About Trusts in Pennsylvania" CLE webinar on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. The event, running from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EDT, will cover essential aspects of trust creation and administration. Danielle leads two critical sessions: Creating Irrevocable "Living" Trusts and Creating Testamentary Trusts.

Danielle's first presentation will explore the Purposes, Benefits, and Drawbacks of Irrevocable Trusts, focusing on funding strategies and administrative responsibilities. She will explain how irrevocable trusts can offer significant advantages for asset protection while discussing their limitations.

In her second session, Creating Testamentary Trusts, Danielle will address the legal frameworks behind testamentary trusts, including the reasons for establishing them, how they are funded, and the specific administrative duties involved in managing them after a grantor's passing.

The seminar will also feature presentations by other attorneys on topics such as "Creating Revocable 'Living' Trusts," "Asset Protection Planning for Seniors and the Disabled," and "Legal Ethics Update for the Practice."

This seminar, designed for legal professionals, offers participants the opportunity to earn 7.0 CLE hours or 8.4 CPE credits. The webinar provides an in-depth look at the different types of trusts and their respective roles in estate planning and asset protection.
