Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Michael Joseck has joined the firm’s office in Columbia, MD as counsel in the Estates and Trusts practice.
Michael Joseck concentrates his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration and taxation. He regularly advises families and individuals on how to navigate the intricacies of the estate and trust administration process.
Mr. Joseck has significant experience serving as his clients’ representative in estate and trust administration cases. Prior to transitioning to private practice in 2018, Mr. Joseck spent three years as chief auditor for the Howard County Register of Wills where he oversaw the Audit Department and served as a liaison to the Orphans’ Court regarding estate and probate issues.
Mr. Joseck received his J.D. from the Western Michigan University School of Law and received his B.A. from the York College of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the U.S. District Court in the District of Maryland.
