Offit Kurman Appoints Megan Moghtaderi as Practice Group Leader of Estates and Trusts West
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that, effective November 1, 2025, Megan A. Moghtaderi has been named Practice Group Leader of Estates and Trusts West. She succeeds Tiffany Halimi, who transitioned into a Department Chair role earlier this year.
Megan is a Certified Specialist in Trusts, Estates & Probates by the State Bar of California and a principal attorney in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She advises high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, private professional fiduciaries, corporate institutions, and public figures across California on sophisticated estate planning, wealth management, fiduciary disputes, conservatorships, and complex probate and trust litigation. Her work includes managing matters involving significant assets and guiding clients through emerging issues such as digital asset planning.
Megan also holds leadership roles within the Orange County Bar Association and the Legacy Planning Society at Able ARTS Work. She has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell, Super Lawyers, and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her professional excellence.
