Offit Kurman Intellectual Property Principal and Marc Misthal and Estates and Trusts Principal Michelle Yeung will be presenting the CLE titled, “Unraveling the Challenges in Estate Planning: Navigating Copyright Law and Preserving Creator Intent,” on May 16. This program, hosted by ParkBridge Wealth Management, will cover ways to guide creator clients to protect their estate plans through the lens of the Copyright Act termination rights and more.
