Offit Kurman Principal Lee Carpenter Named a 2025 MCCA Rising Star

Offit Kurman is proud to announce that Lee Carpenter, Principal in the firm’s Estates and Trusts practice group, has been named one of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s (MCCA) 2025 Rising Stars. This national recognition honors attorneys who demonstrate outstanding professional achievement, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive community impact.

“I’m honored to be named a 2025 MCCA Rising Star,” said Carpenter. “This recognition reflects the importance of building a more inclusive legal community—one where every lawyer has the opportunity to grow, lead, and make a difference.”

Lee will be honored at the MCCA Pathways Conference Awards Dinner in Washington, D.C., on September 9, 2025. The Rising Stars Award reflects MCCA’s mission to advance a more equitable legal profession by expanding access, inclusion, and opportunity across the industry.
