Intellectual Property Practice Group Leader and Principal Laura J. Winston has been published in The Glass Art Society Journal with the article titled “Legal Matters for Glass Artists.” In the article, Laura, along with her co-author, discussed various legal aspects related to art, including trademarks, copyrights, fair use, social media considerations and artist contracts, emphasizing the importance of understanding these legal concepts for artists and creatives.
