Offit Kurman Intellectual Property Practice Group Leader and Principal  Laura J. Winston and Principal Matthew D. Asbell will speak at the CLE webinar, “AI in Trademark Selection and Clearance: Key Considerations When Evaluating Use, Minimizing Risk,” on November 7th, hosted by Strafford. They will discuss the benefits and risks of using AI in clearance searches and the key considerations when determining whether to use AI-powered search tools and more.
