Principal and Chair of the Commercial Litigation Practice (North) Larry Holmes will be presenting at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association 2024 Legal Forum. He will be presenting two sessions titled, “The Annual Legal Update” and “The General Session for Ethics.” The 2024 Legal Forum will provide attorneys serving the equipment finance industry with critical updates on legal issues, practical takeaways for their daily practice and comprehensive discussions of key market segments. Breakout sessions and roundtables will cover a wide range of hot topics, including fraud, UCC, climate finance, Section 1071, state disclosure laws and more. General Sessions will include the popular Legal Update.
