Katherine Witherspoon Fry to Present at 2023 Annual Delaware Society for Human Resource Management Conference

Offit Kurman Principal Katherine Witherspoon Fry will speak at the 2023 Annual Delaware Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conference and Expo on November 14th at the Chase Center at the Riverfront. Katherine’s presentation, “Updating the Company’s Offer Letters and Employment Agreements,” will focus on the best practices for documenting employee engagement, including provisions for offer letters and employment agreements. These recommendations have lately changed due to legal developments, including the areas of confidentiality, arbitration agreements, and restrictive covenants.
