Jason Nagi Moderates Panel hosted by the Practicing Law Institute

Jason Nagi recently moderated a panel “Uniform Commercial Code Auctions, Article 9 Enforcement of Lender’ Rights” hosted by the Practicing Law Institute in New York City.  The panel discussed the nuances of sales made pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code, outlining the requirements, nuances, and traps for the unwary.  The discussion was designed for lawyers and lenders who hold first lien mortgages secured by pledges of equity interests in a mortgagor and mezzanine lenders.
