Offit Kurman Welcomes Commercial Litigator Jake L. Ramsey to the Dallas Office

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Jake L. Ramsey has joined the firm as Counsel in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Jake represents businesses of all sizes in complex commercial disputes, including matters involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, and restrictive covenant claims. He also handles oil and gas litigation, product liability cases, and business torts across multiple jurisdictions.

Licensed in Texas, Jake brings a national perspective to his practice, having litigated cases in more than a dozen states. Clients value his strategic approach, practical communication style, and ability to align teams and objectives across venues to drive efficient resolutions.
