Erin Golding Appointed to DC Child Support Guideline Commission

Offit Kurman is pleased to congratulate principal attorney Erin Golding on her appointment to the District of Columbia Child Support Guideline Commission. Erin was officially sworn in as a member of the Commission on January 21, 2026.

The Commission is responsible for studying and making recommendations regarding the District’s Child Support Guidelines, including periodically reviewing the Guidelines, analyzing relevant economic data, and ensuring compliance with federal law. The Commission also holds public meetings to receive input from members of the Bar and the community regarding the application of the guidelines and the appropriateness of child support awards.

Offit Kurman congratulates Erin on this important appointment and her continued service to families in the District of Columbia.
