Offit Kurman Welcomes Emma Shoemaker to Estates and Trusts Practice in Tysons Corner

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Emma Shoemaker has joined the firm as an associate in the Estates and Trusts practice group in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Emma counsels individuals and families on comprehensive estate planning and administration, helping clients preserve wealth, protect assets, and achieve their long-term legacy goals.

Emma focuses her practice on drafting and reviewing advanced estate planning documents, including dynasty trusts, GST trusts, SLATs, ILITs, and special needs trusts. She also guides clients through the probate process with clarity and compassion, managing everything from court filings to asset distribution.

Emma earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and serves clients throughout Northern Virginia and the surrounding region.
