David Severn Appointed to the Trial Court Judicial Nominating Commission for District 10

FREDERICK, MD – (October 16, 2023) – Offit Kurman is pleased to congratulate Principal David Severn on being appointed to the Trial Court Judicial Nominating Commission for District 10. In early October, Governor Wes Moore announced the appointments to the Frederick County Trial Court Judicial Nominating Commission. There are sixteen judicial commissions formed by executive order. Among other responsibilities, the commissions will promote judicial vacancies, seek judicial candidate recommendations, set deadlines and assess based on qualities like integrity and legal expertise.
