Offit Kurman adds Clinton “Tres” Dye, III as Principal in Atlanta Office

Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Clinton “Tres” Dye, III, as a principal attorney in the Atlanta office. Dye brings more than 25 years of experience supporting developers, lenders, public entities, and mission‑driven organizations as they move commercial real estate projects from concept to completion.

Dye’s practice spans acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and disposition across mixed‑use and urban redevelopment projects. He regularly partners with municipalities, housing authorities, state agencies, and nonprofit and faith‑based institutions on transactions involving joint ventures, public‑private partnerships, ground leases, and air rights arrangements.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and his A.B. from Harvard University and is admitted to practice in Georgia and Alabama. Dye also serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Metro Atlanta, Inc., and on the Executive Committee of the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Law Section.
