Arlington Magazine Recognizes Thomas Powell and Tom Repczynski in 2024 Top Attorneys List

Offit Kurman is proud to announce that attorneys Thomas Powell and Tom Repczynski have been recognized in Arlington Magazine’s 2024 Top Attorneys list. Repczynski is honored for his work in bankruptcy creditor rights, and Powell is celebrated for his legal contributions to the construction space. This recognition is based on a survey in which attorneys in Arlington County, Fairfax County, the City of Falls Church and the City of Alexandria nominated their peers across 21 practice areas.

Thomas Powell is a principal attorney in the firm’s construction law practice group. He is a seasoned trial attorney with an extensive background in contracts, construction, commercial litigation, and government contracts. Powell has a notable track record, representing clients in various state and federal courts, including international arbitral tribunals, on matters ranging from thousands to over one billion dollars.

Tom Repczynski is a principal and shareholder focusing his practice on estates and trusts litigation. His diverse client base includes individuals, non-profit organizations, and both foreign and domestic corporations. Repczynski’s practice focuses on general commercial business disputes, commercial real estate, and creditors’ rights enforcement, with an emphasis on inheritance-related matters such as will and trust disputes.
