AAML Virginia Event to Feature Offit Kurman’s Thomas Repczynski on Divorce Finances

Thomas W. Repczynski, a principal and shareholder at Offit Kurman, will speak at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) Virginia Chapter event, "Money & Kids & A.I....Oh, My!" on January 23, 2025, in Williamsburg, VA.

His presentation, "Top Five Divorce-Related Financial Failures," will highlight critical financial missteps in divorce, including inadequate insurance planning, unresolved property refinancing, unclaimed retirement benefits, bankruptcy risks, and challenges in enforcing financial obligations.

The AAML, a leader in family law education and training, is a nonprofit association of experienced family lawyers handling issues such as divorce, custody, and property distribution.
