Nneka A. Mbadugha

Nneka Mbadugha's practice focuses on representing businesses in complex disputes with a practical, clear-eyed approach.  Drawing on her international legal training and diverse professional background, Nneka helps clients navigate litigation efficiently while keeping business objectives in focus.

Nneka handles a broad range of disputes, including product liability, contract disputes, corporate, regulatory, and other complex commercial matters. She manages cases through all phases of litigation, from early assessment and motion practice to discovery and resolution, with a focus on thorough preparation and consistent advocacy.

Nneka brings a global perspective to her practice. She earned her legal education in both the United Kingdom and the United States. This background allows her to work effectively with clients who operate across borders or face legal issues with international dimensions, and to approach disputes with an understanding of differing legal systems and business cultures.

Through her volunteer work with the Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino, she assisted low-income individuals with family law matters and expanded access to legal services. This experience strengthened her ability to communicate complex issues clearly and compassionately, a skill she brings to every client relationship.

Before entering the legal profession, Nneka worked as a development executive at a Los Angeles–based production company. That experience sharpened her business judgment and deepened her understanding of the operational and creative challenges companies face, informing her practical approach to litigation strategy.

Outside of her practice, Nneka is passionate about animal welfare and regularly volunteers with local dog shelters.
