Mark has practiced as a land use litigator/transactional lawyer for more than forty years, with an emphasis in real estate — primarily land use (zoning, condemnation, development). Over the years, Mark has represented numerous developers, real estate purchasers and sellers and government agencies. His practice is now confined to consulting.
