Leah K. Roddenberry

Attorney

Leah K. Roddenberry supports individuals and families in planning for significant life events and protecting what matters most. Her work centers on helping clients put practical, well-structured plans in place, from organizing personal and financial affairs to preparing for future healthcare, legacy, and wealth-transfer goals.

Leah assists clients at various stages of life, including those building their first estate plan, families navigating changing circumstances, and individuals seeking to preserve assets for future generations. She prepares foundational planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives. Leah also supports estate and trust administration, helping families manage responsibilities, timelines, and required filings with clarity and confidence.

Her approach is rooted in thoughtful communication and careful organization. Leah strives to make the planning process approachable and accessible, helping clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions.

During law school, Leah served as a student associate in her school’s estate clinic, where she worked with real clients in pro bono matters. She learned the nuances of estate planning while drafting documents tailored to each individual’s circumstances, an experience that continues to shape her client-focused approach today.

Outside of her legal practice, Leah enjoys spending time with family and friends, raising funds and awareness for Parkinson’s organizations, dancing, and golfing.
