Portrait of Joseph A. Condo

Joseph A. Condo

Principal

Joe Condo devotes his practice to all aspects of family law, including custody, support and property division.  In practice for almost 50 years, Joe has come to be recognized as one of the most accomplished and proficient family-law attorneys in Virginia. Widely respected by his fellow practitioners and the judges he appears before, Joe has been included in all of Washingtonian Magazine’s lists of the Washington area’s best divorce lawyers since 1981, described in the magazine’s February 2009 issue as a “Virginia legend” who “knows how it’s done.” He has been chosen by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, beginning with its first edition in 1983, and in every edition since.

Joe’s goal is to guide his clients through the challenging process of marriage dissolution efficiently and cost-effectively, avoiding the financial and emotional drain of litigation whenever possible, and is able to achieve a negotiated or mediated resolution in over 95% of his cases.
