John Perry

John Perry is a seasoned commercial litigation attorney with a strong track record of representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. As a Commercial Litigation Practice Group member, he focuses on business disputes, breach of contract claims, non-compete agreements, and employment litigation.

John has successfully handled complex legal matters and served as lead counsel in appellate cases before the Appellate Court of Maryland, the Fourth Circuit, and the Virginia Court of Appeals.

Before entering private practice, John clerked for Hon. Kathryn G. Graeff at the Appellate Court of Maryland, where he drafted legal opinions on a broad range of civil and criminal cases. His deep understanding of appellate law and courtroom strategy makes him a trusted advocate for clients navigating high-stakes litigation.
