Jamie Eisner partners with employers of all sizes to navigate workplace challenges, delivering practical solutions that move organizations forward. She provides day-to-day guidance on employment matters and represents clients in arbitration and state and federal court litigation. Jamie also advocates for clients before government agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
In addition to counseling employers through workplace investigations, Jamie collaborates closely with HR teams to resolve internal disputes and strengthen workplace culture. Her broad experience representing individual plaintiffs, unions, and employers gives her a unique labor and employment law perspective. With a clear understanding of issues from both sides, Jamie helps clients anticipate risks, build proactive strategies, and confidently achieve their business goals.
