For more than 25 years, Fisher J. "Jim" Kinslow has advised physicians, nurse practitioners, healthcare companies, pharmaceutical organizations, biotechnology businesses, and medical device companies on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and business matters. His practice focuses on helping healthcare providers and organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements while supporting their operational and strategic goals.
Jim counsels clients on matters involving California's Corporate Practice of Medicine laws and regulations, healthcare privacy and compliance issues, telemedicine requirements, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. He works closely with healthcare organizations to develop compliant business structures, policies, and documentation that address regulatory obligations and operational needs.
