Greg Cragg is a seasoned business attorney with over 15 years of experience delivering comprehensive legal services to public and private companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and philanthropists across a variety of industries. His capabilities span cross-border transactions, entity formation, corporate governance, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and internet-related agreements and policies.

He has significant experience with internet-related policies, advising clients on master service agreements with app developers, terms of use, privacy policies, and data breach response strategies.
