Intellectual property attorney Erika Sanchez advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property, corporate, and regulatory matters. Erika's practice focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright counsel and registration, and protecting rights of publicity, helping clients maximize brand recognition and economic growth. She has experience advising diverse clients, including fashion brands, restaurateurs, musicians, video game companies, and other creatives.

Beyond her counseling work, Erika is skilled in negotiating and drafting intellectual property agreements, handling contract disputes, and litigating trademark infringement cases, often securing favorable settlements.

Erika earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as production editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. Before law school, Erika worked with Teach for America, teaching secondary social studies on the west side of Oahu, Hawaiʻi. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking and exploring Los Angeles’ hiking trails and restaurants.
