Emily Rodriguez works with the attorneys in the firm’s Real Estate Law and Transactions and Creditors’ Rights, Reorganization, and Bankruptcy practice groups. She regularly drafts loan transaction and modification documents, prepares deeds and property transfer forms, and manages monition and foreclosure cases. Emily specializes in real estate transfers and often supports attorneys handling complex land and property transactions. She also handles trial preparation for landlord/tenant disputes and bankruptcy proceedings in the state of Delaware.
Emily regularly provides support to attorneys working on transactions in excess of $2 million and has handled disbursements for deals up to $43 million.
