As part of the Landlord Representation Practice Group, Charity Martin focuses on assisting landlords with complex residential property matters in Maryland. Working with the management companies, she guides the landlords to make the best decisions for their properties.  

Charity has a background in litigation and extensive trial work which permits her to provide the best support to her clients regardless of the path they choose. Her personal and professional experience allows her to work collaboratively with her clients to offer solutions to their legal issues. Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Charity was a prosecutor at the Baltimore City State’s Attorney Office where she focused on felony drug and handgun cases.
