Bryn Sherman is a result-oriented advisor. Bryn serves as lead counsel in complex business disputes in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. She helps commercial and residential developers, healthcare operators, hotel owners, construction companies and landlords in all types of disputes. In addition, her capabilities include representing national and regional banks and special servicers in all matters, including strategic loan documentation, business fraud, foreclosures, workouts and restructuring.
