Throughout his career, Angelo has advised senior executives and leadership teams on complex enterprise transitions, including acquisitions, restructuring initiatives, and global expansion strategies. He has led negotiations, closed acquisitions, and guided post-transaction integration efforts, helping organizations remain aligned and operationally effective during critical periods of change.
