Angelo concentrates his practice on general corporate and business law, with a strong emphasis on transactional matters. He advises privately held companies, investors, and deal professionals on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and structuring, and a wide range of commercial transactions. His experience also includes business succession planning, corporate reorganizations, and the structuring of joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

He represents clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, guiding them through pre-sale planning, due diligence, negotiation, deal execution, and post-closing integration. Angelo works closely with CPAs, investment bankers, and financial advisors to support efficient deal execution and effective structuring.
