Principal

Andrew J. Schiff is a principal attorney in Offit Kurman’s Estates & Trusts Practice Group. A seasoned lawyer with over 45 years of experience, Andrew handles a range of matters in the areas of estate planning and administration, taxation, real estate and commercial law. His extensive and varied practice allows him to draw upon deep experience to offer clients both creative and comprehensive solutions to their estate planning, business and legal challenges.

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Andrew was a partner at Dahan & Nowick LLP in White Plains, New York. While working in private practice, he also served as an adjunct assistant professor of law (taxation) at New York Law School and adjunct professor of law at the American College of Financial Services (business law and taxation). Additionally, Andrew served as chairman of the Town of Harrison Zoning Board.
