Caroline Kauffman-Kirschnick,

Caroline Kauffman-Kirschnick is president of Electric Motor Repair Company (EMR). For nearly a century, EMR has served the commercial kitchen and industrial service sectors as a leading provider of equipment service, repair, installation, and sales. Founded in Baltimore in 1927, the company has grown to comprise hundreds of employees in six service locations across the Mid-Atlantic. Caroline represents the third generation of her family's ownership and operation of the business, following in the footsteps of her father, Roger Kauffman, and grandfather, Harry Kauffman. Last year, after 15 years with EMR, she succeeded her father as president.
