Theodore P. Stein is Chair of Offit Kurman's ERISA/Employee Benefits Law Practice and Principal in the Labor and Employment Law Group.
With more than 30 years of experience in private practice in Maryland and D.C., Ted assists businesses, non-profits and their sponsored pension and health/welfare plans with compliance issues and litigation problems arising under ERISA, the federal statute that regulates group benefit plans.
