June 30 at 11:00 am EDT
Wed. June 30th
11:00am - 12:00pm
What does the potential end of the CDC’s Order concerning evictions on June 30 mean to property managers and owners in the metropolitan area?
At this upcoming webinar Offit Kurman attorneys Billy Cannon, Todd Kelting and Crystal Kramer will provide the state of seeking possession in different jurisdictions in the DMV and offer guidance for preparing for the new “normal.”
There also will be an update to significant changes that have occurred in the last 30 days and an open forum where you can ask questions about your particular properties, circumstances and local and state regulatory mandates.
