PMA and Offit Kurman Landlord Representation attorney, Billy Cannon, will present another legislative update that affects property managers, owners and landlords in the District of Columbia.
This webinar will review new legislation passed by the District that allows for possession claims against residents engaging in certain criminal behavior, and update the status of the $350 million in federal rent assistance that has been granted for use by DC residents among other changes in DC that affect the management of apartment communities.

Billy Cannon is a Department Chair and a member of Offit Kurman's Landlord Representation Practice Group. He represents property owners and property management companies in litigation, mediations, administrative agency hearings, leasing, and Fair Housing Act training and compliance.
