In this Q&A session, Susie Cirilli and Russell Berger will provide an update on the impact of the pending new federal stimulus plan pertaining to COVID-19 leave as we move into 2021. The stimulus has major changes that can take effect as early as December 31, 2020.
Susie and Russell will address the specific impact on paid leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and strategies for customizing a leave plan for your business. This is an interactive session where Susie and Russell will also take questions live during this session. We welcome real time questions so we can provide real time answers.

Susie M. Cirilli is a Labor & Employment attorney that assists clients with issues involving the ADA, FMLA, and Title VII claims.
