He has represented clients in the purchase and sale of hotel properties, as well as the negotiation and closing of construction loans for the development of new hospitality properties. He also represents several large regional franchisees of a national fitness chain, handling both their commercial lease transactions and the purchase and sale of franchise locations. Mr. Tucker additionally represents shopping center owners, handling the purchase and financing of their commercial properties, as well as negotiating commercial leases for tenants of those shopping centers. Finally, Mr. Tucker’s practice also includes representing clients in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital investments, intellectual property licensing transactions and other commercial contracts.
