The SBA finally has updated its small business-related rules that will affect the Mentor-Protege program, Joint Ventures and MAC contracts.
In this webinar, Offit Kurman Principal Attorney, Edward Tolchin will take us through the main changes that have taken place. We'll review what's happened and look ahead at where things are going.
The old rules had ambiguities, many of which the new rules eliminate. But, the new rules have created new issues which will be fleshed out over the next year or so during size and related protests.
