Housing Law: Helping Those in Need with Crystal Kramer

December 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm EST

Housing law webinar v2 12.17.20

Thurs, December 17th
2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

During these challenging times and as winter approaches, many of our low-income neighbors and their families are going to face the very real possibility of being evicted from their homes, resulting in homelessness in large numbers throughout our community.

Through this program and by donating your time, you will be trained in the “nuts and bolts” of landlord and tenant law in order to help tenants assert their rights, protect their homes, and learn of the available remedies in trying to keep these families housed. The training will cover the basic law and issues commonly involved, as well as strategy, and will be taught by experienced practitioners, as well as a sitting Judge.

  • Honorable Susan Stoney, Fairfax County General District Court
  • Crystal Kramer, Esq., Offit Kurman
  • Dipti Pidikiti-Smith, Esq., Legal Services of Northern Virginia
  • Colleen O’Connor, Esq., Legal Services of Northern Virginia

This CLE is FREE, in exchange for participation in 3 intake sessions and corresponding cases with Legal Services of Northern Virginia.
