Business leaders are having to step up their game like never before to deal with the COVID-19 crisis. Business operations have been impacted in ways that were not possible to predict. The future remains uncertain.
As some of the lockdowns ease and attempts are made to return to normal, several difficult questions need to be answer. Among them are legal issues including immigration and workforce related questions.
This free webinar will present the picture from the vantage point of business executives, including heads of HR, who are clients of the firm. Mr. Syed, an immigration attorney with the firm will lead the conversation.
Nancy Griffith provides strategic leadership of Lutheran World Relief and IMA World Health’s global human capital management program, including talent acquisition and staff development.
Nancy has extensive human resource experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She previously worked as the Director for Global Human Resources for the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), with 55 locations in Africa, Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Prior to working with NDI, Nancy worked for the British Embassy in Washington, D.C. as the Head of Human Resources, Regional Corporate Services Hub, The Americas. Nancy also has extensive experience in human resources having worked for the Congressional Federal Credit Union, Scripps Media Group and Fifth Third Bancorp.
