Moderated by the CEO of the Maryland Life Sciences, Martin Rosendale,, the discussion will walk guests through the M&A process, including consideration for buyers and sellers through all aspects of the deal flow.
The event will conclude with an interview of a principal in a recently closed Life Sciences M&A transaction.
