Offit Kurman Acquires Small Philadelphia Health Care Firm

Baltimore-based Offit Kurman is adding to its health care-related services with the acquisition of a smaller Philadelphia firm. Kelley Partners plans to move out of its Pine Street office and into Offit Kurman’s space at 1801 Market St. as of April 1. Kelley’s three attorneys, all partners, will join Offit Kurman as principals. Offit Kurman will also take over Kelley’s Harrisburg office, adding a new location to Offit Kurman’s largely mid-Atlantic footprint. Offit Kurman co-founder and managing principal Ted Offit announced the hires Thursday. He said the new attorneys will allow the firm to offer more health care-related services, expand its nonprofit practice and add to its data security practice.
