Offit Kurman Welcomes Attorney to its Business Law & Transactions Practice

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Greg Sutton has joined the firm’s Business Law and Transactions Group. Mr. Sutton joins as a Principal, located in the firm’s Plymouth Meeting office.

Greg Sutton has worked with clients of all sizes in hundreds of corporate transactions, ranging from the formations and financings of new companies to multi-billion-dollar public transactions for over a decade. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, venture capital finance, joint ventures and commercial contracts, across a range of industries including financial advisory services, retail, oil and gas, aggregates, cannabis, wellness, medical device, professional services and private equity.

Mr. Sutton has significant experience in the cannabis industry, having served as an executive officer for several companies managing fundraising, M&A and going-public transactions. Mr. Sutton is a frequent speaker on topics concerning corporate and business law and dedicates a significant portion of his time educating entrepreneurs on these topics.

He received his B.A. from Binghamton University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
