Offit Kurman Welcomes Attorneys Alpa Bhatia and Jesci Norrington

Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome associates Alpa Bhatia and Jesci Norrington to the firm.

Alpa V. Bhatia joins Offit Kurman’s Labor and Employment group in Wilmington, Delaware, where she works with clients on Delaware-based employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bhatia held a clerkship for the National Lawyers Guild, Delaware and New Jersey Chapter, where she provided pro-bono work in the Prisoners Legal Advocacy Network (PLAN). She also interned for the Delaware Law School, representing clients on cases received through the Public Defender's Office in Chester County.  She received her B.A. from the University of Delaware and her J.D. from Widener University.

Jesci Norrington joins Offit Kurman’s Estates and Trusts group in the Tysons Corner, Virginia office. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration matters, and guardianship and conservatorship cases. She regularly serves as a Guardian ad Litem for incapacitated adults and is a volunteer with Wills on Wheels, an organization that provides estate planning services to the elder community. Ms. Norrington sits on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from James Madison University and her J.D. from George Mason University.
