Offit Kurman Represents IntelliGenesis LLC on Buy-Side of CybatiWorks Deal

Offit Kurman attorneys, Michael N. MercurioJulia Taylor, and Andres Vera recently closed a buy-side transaction on behalf of Intelligenesis LLC, a veteran and woman-owned small business in Columbia, Maryland, of CybatiWorks, an Illinois-based company. The acquisition at expanded IntelliGenesis' cybersecurity capabilities and defense for critical infrastructure.

IntelliGenesis has much expertise in national security, and CybatiWorks offered intelligence in the cyber-physical threat sector. Ultimately, the combination of the two firms will enable not only expansion, but an opportunity for further national security missions across the U.S. Government agencies such as the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, and commercial markets. It will also raise national awareness and provide cybersecurity countermeasures while strengthening and expanding the various existing partnerships already in place.
