Offit Kurman Continues Growth in New York with the Addition of Two Attorneys
New York, NY – September 30, 2021 – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome two attorneys in the firm’s New York office. Peter Sayer has joined the Construction Law group and Diane Roskies has joined the Estates and Trusts group.
Peter Sayer, counsel in the firm’s Construction Law group, assists both public and private sector clients in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, zoning and land use and transactional matters. Mr. Sayer has worked with property owners, developers, contractors, engineers, architects and other real estate professionals to resolve real property and land use disputes from inception to conclusion.
Diane Roskies, counsel in the firm’s Estates and Trusts group, has served as an estates and trusts lawyer for a number of organizations: law firms, a national bank, a large investment house, a family office and an accounting firm. Ms. Roskies has deep experience in all aspects of estates and trusts planning including counseling clients on how to navigate changes to estate tax laws.
In the last month, Offit Kurman announced an affiliation with the law firm of Snitow Kaminetsky Rosner & Snitow, LLP (SKRS), a high-end litigation and transactional boutique based in New York, New York. Six lawyers from SKRS, led by well-known attorney Franklyn H. Snitow, have joined the firm. The addition of Peter Sayer and Diana Roskies bolsters Offit Kurman’s New York presence even further.
