Offit Kurman Attorneys Kevin Fasic and Katherine Randolph Witherspoon Will Teach Class at Associated Builders and Contractors’ Delaware Chapter

Offit Kurman principal employment attorneys, Kevin Fasic and Katherine Randolph Witherspoon, will teach a class on Wage & Hour Law Compliance Traps to the Associated Builders and Contractors’ Delaware Chapter.  Mr. Fasic and Mrs. Witherspoon will examine the 10 most common wage and hour compliance problems that confront contractors.  Topics will include travel time, training time, exempt vs. nonexempt classifications, improper deductions, and overtime issues.  Attendees will learn how to comply with the law and how to minimize liability if an auditor finds a problem.  The class will take place on November 21, 2017, from 8:30 – 10:00 AM at the ABC Delaware Classroom.
