Offit Kurman Attorney Glenn Solomon Played Key Role in Ironmark Acquisition
Maple Lawn, MD | March 3, 2015 Ironmark recently announced the acquisition of a $13 million book and journal publisher, United Book Press, Inc. This creates a separate book publishing division for the Howard County based printing and image company. With the acquisition, Ironmark will grow from $22 million in annual revenue to $35 million. Offit Kurman attorney Glenn D. Solomon represented Ironmark during the acquisition. Mr. Solomon’s practice comprises various elements of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and bankruptcy and restructuring.
